the room was super clean. i got a beautiful king room it was a great size. the staff were friendly and helpful i felt really looked after.
the air conditioning control did not work great it got very hot in the room.

lovely staff breakfast variety good amenities
the staff are lovely. breakfast has a lot of variety for a reasonable price. rooms are spacious and has good amenities.
no daily housekeeping if you want your room cleaned daily and sheets changed daily, it won't happen. you have to leave your rubbish outside to be collected. we asked for clean towels and where told they'd be brought to our room but weren't. we had to go and collect them.

kind person friendly staff easy navigation
The hotel proved clean and easy to navigate, i thought. sophie at the front desk was really kind. I found her quite understanding. the staff member working breakfast service was warm and friendly too. the people make this hotel.
The bathroom felt dated. I noticed paint flaking from the ceiling, a small letdown.

quiet room comfy bed friendly staff
The room faced the back and it was quiet. The beds were very comfy and ensured good sleep. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. I found a garage across the street and a car park behind the hotel.
The wallpaper in the room was peeling from the wall.

The staff greeted me with such warmth at check-in. my room was really super clean. I noticed immediately the meticulous cleaning. the location is genuinely perfect. It is near everything i wanted to visit.
