the staff are lovely. breakfast has a lot of variety for a reasonable price. rooms are spacious and has good amenities.
no daily housekeeping if you want your room cleaned daily and sheets changed daily, it won't happen. you have to leave your rubbish outside to be collected. we asked for clean towels and where told they'd be brought to our room but weren't. we had to go and collect them.

The hotel proved clean and easy to navigate, i thought. sophie at the front desk was really kind. I found her quite understanding. the staff member working breakfast service was warm and friendly too. the people make this hotel.
The bathroom felt dated. I noticed paint flaking from the ceiling, a small letdown.

The room faced the back and it was quiet. The beds were very comfy and ensured good sleep. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. I found a garage across the street and a car park behind the hotel.
